Read the Spell Book (or ingredients) – When shopping for treats, look for single-ingredient or limited-ingredient options and avoid artificial colors (like red 40) and artificial preservatives (like BHA & BHT)

Bewitchingly Natural – Fresh fruits like apple slices (minus the seeds) or crunchy carrots make delicious, healthy snacks.
