They are endorsed by 3 separate Veterinarians in two states for outstanding health. God blessed us greatly. However, due to health issues our kennel had to be put on hold. After a brief re-establishment of our kennel, i

n 2016 in conjunction with our son Matthew Martin, we bred, raised, and trained Bloodhounds for wounded deer tracking and man trailing. As such, our formerly named kennel, Hounds of Meadow Creek, had been changed back to Labradors of Meadow Creek. We no longer breed Bloodhounds. It is much easier on my back now that I don't have the pulling of a happy hound chasing a smell. They were fun and sweet but my love is for the Labs! We have added English type Labradors again to our roster. Follow us as we take this journey together by hitting the Like Button!

Our Story

Meadow Creek, was founded in 2002 by Lara and Bruce Martin initially to breed their Champion Bloodline Labradors. Our Labs were famed for their quality and ability and endorsed by 3 separate Veterinarians in two states for outstanding health. Several have went on to make great dogs for the disabled, hunting and companion dogs. God blessed us greatly. However, due to health issues our kennel had to be put on hold. Now, in 2016 in conjunction with our son Matthew and his wife Jasmine Martin, we have shifted gears and are in the planning stages to breed, raise, and train Bloodhounds for wounded deer tracking and man trailing. As such, our formerly named Meadow Creek Labradors has been changed over to Hounds of Meadow Creek. We do eventually hope to add English type Champion Labradors again to our roster.
