Puppy Loves beginning

I sat in my room hearing the sounds of the dogs barking outside in the warm spring weather. They barked at people passing, and would play games with the kids, and I sat smiling at the fun they shared. Upon this I thought ‘How can I share some kindness?’ I’ve loved animals since I was a child and have always wanted to help them, give them love, and find them homes. It then came to mind in that second; I could make dog treats. It was a great way to share my love with the dogs and the owners. I started to wonder what I could even do, so I did my research and gathered the ingredients, making sure everything was dog safe, and began my process.

I had everything in front of me, but I felt I needed some flair. They couldn’t just be normal treats, that was boring. I then asked what I would want on a treat. I love frosting, on cake and cookies, on brownies, its so good. I even recalled a friend who made their dog a whole cake for their his birthday. I only wondered how much sugar was in it. I had a gleam in my eye as I then wanted to make cupcakes for the dogs. It would be an amazing treat to have. Then came the whoopie pie idea, and so many others just flowed. I wanted a treat that I would even eat, but is safe for the dogs, and thus this came about. I threw the mixes together and began baking.

Then, after finally making the treats I needed to see how well I did. I found some friends who had dogs and even introduced myself to the neighbors next door who’s Pitbull was always greeting us with a hello each time we came home. When all the dogs loved the treats, even the picky ones, I knew I had a hit. I now want to continue this and see how much love I can spread with Puppy Loves: Homemade Dog Treats.
