Hey WMAH Fans! Are you and your dog traveling outside of the US this summer?
The USDA has new rules for reentry starting August 1. Step one - make sure your dog has a microchip and a Rabies vaccine and is older than 6 months. Step two - you'll need our help getting a "Certification of US issued Rabies Vaccine" from the USDA. We recommend setting up an appointment 30-90 days prior to departure. (Step Three - You'll also need to submit an additional CDC Dog Import Form online 2-10 days prior to reentry). Check out www.cdc.gov/dogtravel for more information.
