Josie came to us with a great foundation already in place but her dad was looking to fine-tune a few key areas—mainly leash walking, off-leash reliability, and overall focus. His ultimate goal? To give Josie more freedom while keeping her engaged and responsive during their active lifestyle filled with hiking and traveling.

Over the course of training, Josie made incredible progress! She learned to settle when needed, sharpened her focus, and became a pro at both on and off-leash work. Now, this duo is ready to take on all their adventures with confidence! We have loved seeing all of the updates of these two on adventures!

Kids & Dogs: Setting Them Up for Success!

As parents of young kids, we’re deeply passionate about child and dog safety! Creating a safe, positive relationship between them starts with education, supervision, and boundaries.

✅ Teach kids to respect a dog’s space and read their body language.
✅ Always supervise interactions—no exceptions!
✅ Give your dog a “safe zone” where they can relax without little hands reaching in (crate/place cot).
✅ Involve your kids (that are old enough) in training sessions.
