Hi everybody 👋

I cannot express enough how important it is for you to pre-book your appointments. The time has come when it is really hot and everybody is wanting their dogs groomed.

I am only one person and my days are filling up quickly. If you’re a regular client of mine And would like to get your dog or cat on my schedule please contact asap for your next appointment . I really hate letting people down and if you wait until your dog is in dire need and I have to tell you I am booked out for 2+ weeks then you’re being let down and I don’t want that. 

Also, please keep in mind I am a small self employed business and not only am I grooming dogs daily but I am the one to schedule every appointment and get back to every single client while also juggling home life. Please be patient and understand if it takes me a day or two to respond to you. If I don’t get back to you in a timely matter please just text me again you are not bugging me!

I am forever grateful to all of my clients! I look forward to hearing from you all ❤️

It’s such a pleasure to groom this sweet little old man ♥️

When grooming senior dogs, it’s so important to take the grooming process slow, and do things at their pace. Giving breaks when needed and not rushing a haircut, letting them lay down when they need to and having as less stress as possible for my senior pups. This sweet old man requires lots of little breaks but at the end his cut always looks so good. Patience is the key ♥️

Happy New Year to all of my amazing clients.

I have a few things I would like to address that would make my business run smoother and help me be more available to fit all of my client's needs. Being a small business, I do 100% of the work to run my business and keep it going. I am not a corporation, I do all of the communicating with every single client that gets on my books, and having a good client relationship is important to me. Between grooming full time, taking time to respond to every one of you, and a busy home life my time is spread thin. I do not like taking more than 24 hours to respond to clients or having them feel like I am not getting back to them promptly. I don’t like missing out on being able to groom your pets because of last-minute appointment requests, and my schedule being full and not being able to accommodate your needs for a last-minute appointment. I don’t like to see my clients having to go elsewhere because of scheduling issues.

Going into this new year I would like to focus on getting all of my regular clients that see me every 4 to 8 weeks to start pre-booking their appointments in advance. This will help me not have mass messages coming in of people wanting to get on the books last minute. This will also help clients get the days and times that work with their schedule.

Pre-booking your appointments helps you stay on top of a regular grooming schedule. Keeping up on a regular schedule will help keep your dog maintained. With this economy and money being tight for everybody, having an increase in your grooming price is not ideal. This is why it’s very important to keep your pet on a regular grooming schedule to ensure your grooming price stays consistent and at a cheaper price.

If you love my work and you plan to bring your pets to me for their grooming needs, if at all possible, please pre-book their appointments.

The next thing I'd like to address is my cancellation policy. Canceling on your groomer with short notice, or the same day does not give me time to fill the space and not only hurts my business, but it takes away another client's opportunity to take that appointment spot.

If possible Please give me 48 hours notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the groom's price to reschedule. I completely understand that things come up and life happens. Just try to give me that 48-hour notice if possible.

I am truly grateful for each, and every single one of you who trust me with your fur babies. I value all of my clients and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for you all.

I look forward to Grooming all of your pets this new year. Thank you for being loyal clients.
