Now that the new website is up and active, I have the monumental task of filling in item descriptions for each fish. I'm going to try to add one or two a day, and will share them here when updated. If you have any requests on which I should do first, put them in the comments!

The new site (www.davesfish.com) is up, but we're still having some technical difficulties. Email is not working right now, so please text me at 512-618-0120 with any questions, orders, etc. The fish list was migrated over from the last site, so it still needs to be updated.

There is a shopping cart now, and options to view fish by category with photos, or if you click "list of fish" on the homepage, you can view a list with links more similar to the look of the last site. Let me know what you think!

I mentioned in yesterday's newsletter that there were some technical difficulties with the the website. Unfortunately, they seem to be permanent, and unrepairable. I'm working with a friend to completely rebuild the site, and in the process, there may be some down time. My email runs through the site as well, so if the site doesn't show up when you go to it, I won't get emails at that time either. Call or text at 512-618-0120 to make sure I can see it if the site is down.

The new site is going to be a massive upgrade from the current one, with a shopping cart, and photos of the fish without having to click the link! That said, we're having to slap it together fast, so there will likely be bugs and things that could improve. Please be patient while we get it all figured out. Also, I can still take orders through email, text, calls, etc if you'd rather that than going through the shopping cart.

The ACA Convention is in Cincinnati this July! They've got an incredible line up of speakers. The Cincinnati Jazz Festival is the same weekend, so hotels around the city are booked up already, but the ACA has a block of rooms still available for convention attendees. Book your room soon before the block fills - there won't be any reasonably priced alternative hotels nearby if you miss out. Hope to see you there!
