Message from Finder: This poor guy/girl ( I haven't checked yet) needs help. It's very dirty, matted, full of fleas, and it looks like it's nails have not been trimmed in a very long time. It was wandering around in the middle of the road and was nearly hit by 2 cars. The dog is super sweet and calm. Please help!
