Hikes 4 Hounds North Alun is a dog walker who provides morning hikes with your dog up Fryman Canyon, or a shorter less energetic "neighborhood" walk in the afternoon?

Either choice can be happily catered to! Your first hike or walk is always FREE! Alun cares for dogs in the San Fernando Valley. He hikes the scenic Fryman Canyon every morning with a small pack of dogs, and does shorter “neighborhood walks” in the afternoons. He’s a serious animal lover, and has been around dogs all his life! He grew up in Wales with a "house full" of Yorkie's (his Mom's) and

currently owns a four year old terrier mix called Bella, which he rescued from the pound, during a "black Friday sale" where all black dogs where $25! He says its the best money he's ever spent! Alun has also recently adopted a rambunctious little fella by the name of Jack (a Papillon/Terrier mix) who is in a state of constant motion 24/7. Jacks two previous owners both returned him to the shelter, as he was thought to be too "hyper." Alun’s active lifestyle and positive attitude makes him a great match for all kinds of dogs....... Yes, even the crazy ones like Jack!

Currently working through the “reactivity” course from Steffi and the SpiritDogs! The course is full of useful information and is broken down into easily digestible chunks so it doesn’t become a chore to try and get through! I would certainly recommend this course to anyone who is struggling with a reactive or anxious hound, as it’s already been a big help to me and my pack!
