I purchased a crate for my chihuahua since it literally comes with every necessary and it’s super compact for traveling. When I originally placed the order I received a call as well as an email stating that there was a delay in shipment (b/c of covid) and the item wasn’t in their warehouse yet. I decided to wait anyway for the crate because I still really liked the one they made. They informed me a week later that they had good news and that a very lightly used one was being returned back to them. Well at that point the customer service was absolutely amazing I said sure, I’ll take the used one. They described it as basically new and it was never really used in the first place. When I received my crate is really did look brand new. Shipping was fast, customer service is amazing and overall, 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! "

I left it set up in the living room so my puppy could take her time and become acquainted with it. I came downstairs and she was curled up in it asleep. It’s like a beautifully crafted tent.
