Introducing Jackobean La Golosità, call name Eevi (EH-vi), meaning “living” or “life”
She was expertly flown in from Finland by Pups On The Fly, just under the wire of the CDC rule changes. A HUGE THANK YOU to her breeder Jenni Koutuaniemi for trusting us and allowing this little girl to come to the States.
We are so in love and excited to watch her grow and have success in the show ring. Eevi is already fast friends with the whole crew. More judges in the States need to see good tri's (and black and whites) in the line-up. I knew going into this it would be an uphill battle, but that just makes it more rewarding! 😉💕

Hey everyone, today is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, a special day to honor our beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. It's also a time to remember that our other pets can grieve too. Just like us, they feel the loss of a friend or family member.
Signs Your Pet Might Be Grieving:
• Changes in Eating Habits: Eating more or less than usual.
• Low Energy: Not as excited about activities they used to love.
• Being Withdrawn: Hiding or spending more time alone.

Hey everyone! With this scorching summer weather, it’s super important to keep an eye on our beloved pups and prevent heatstroke. 🐶💦 Here’s what you need to know to keep your dog safe and cool:
🚨 Symptoms of Heatstroke:
• Excessive panting or drooling
• Rapid or erratic breathing
• Red or bright-colored gums
• Weakness or lethargy
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Unsteady gait or collapse
🛑 What to Do if You Think Your Dog Has Heatstroke:
• Get Them Cool: Move your pup to a shaded or air-conditioned place ASAP.
• Cool Them Down: Gently use cool (not ice-cold) water on their body, especially the paws, belly, and neck. A fan can help too!
• Offer Water: Let them drink some fresh, cool water, but don’t force it.
• Call the Vet: Reach out to your vet right away to see if your dog needs medical attention.

• Walk Early or Late: Take walks in the morning or evening when it’s cooler.

Before letting your pets jump into the lake or any fresh water, be cautious of blue-green algae, also known as "harmful algal blooms." Even a small amount can be extremely dangerous, potentially causing severe health issues or even death.
🌞 What to Watch For:
• Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs): These blooms are more common in warm weather and can produce toxins harmful to pets, people, and livestock.
• Toxins: Dogs, horses, and cattle can get seriously ill or die if they drink contaminated water, eat dried algae, or lick it from their fur.
If you see any decaying algae or suspect a HAB, keep your pets away from the water and shore.
🔍 Check local advisories before heading to a public lake and familiarize yourself with the signs of HABs.
⚠ If your pet shows any symptoms like drooling, weakness, vomiting, or seizures, contact your vet immediately.

Last month, I had a moment of gratitude for my dogs' self-control as I realized how essential the "leave it" command is for them to learn.
As I was preparing to hit the road the next day, part of my normal routine is to take On Guard Plus to help boost my system.
Tip- I also give it to the dogs!! 😉
I opened the lid to get a capsule out, only to find them stuck. I closed the lid and gave the bottle a shake, but to my surprise, the lid hadn't closed properly, and On Guard capsules went flying everywhere! 😳
My dogs didn’t skip a beat, they looked at all the pills on the ground, then looked up at me.
Then they watched as I crawled around in the floor picking them all up. 😂

Hi there! My name is Bree Beery and I have been a professional dog trainer and behavioral consultants for well over 15 years now. During this time I have dabbled in the use of holistic modalities to support my family, dogs, and clients dogs. Just over 7 years ago our lives were forever changed when I found doTERRA. Yes, I know that sounds corny!
Today I am blessed to have a thriving business, offering behavior modification, basic manners, agility, rally, nose work, conformation handling, and essential oil education for pets and the people who love them.
On August 5th we open the doors to our NEW Community site, a monthly membership offering online dog training with essential oil support. My goal is to create a community for everyone to have access to easy, fun training games and essential oil education specifically for their dogs. All at a price that is affordable.
Gone is the day of conventional dog training, I am here to help you take that next step in learning how to create the dog of your dreams.
