More pets go missing July 4-6, than any other time of year. Pets that are microchipped have significantly better chances of being reunited with their owners if they become lost. You can bring your pet to WRHS to be microchipped, regardless of whether you adopted your pet through our organization. City of Bedford, IN & Lawrence County, Indiana Sheriff's Office also utilize microchip scanners when responding to animal control calls to help keep owned pets out of the shelter, whenever possible ❤️.
