Greetings Easthampton Animal Hospital Clients!
We have so many exciting updates to share with you! First, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Denise Reidy to our team. Dr. Reidy joined us as a full-time veterinarian at the end of September, and has been an incredible addition to EAH. We know that you will love her just as much as we do. Please stay tuned for additional information on Dr. Reidy, which will be available on our website.

As if that isn’t exciting enough, we are thrilled to announce that our new building is now open for appointments! We appreciate all of your patience during construction, and we are excited to share this new space with you.
Some important information on the new building: when you enter the vestibule, please note that there are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Cat owners will enter the door on the left, and dog owners will enter the door on the right. If you are bringing in both a dog and a cat, please use the door on the right. If you have any other type of pet (such as a rabbit or guinea pig), please use the cat entrance on the left. The goal of this design is to decrease the stress of our furry companions and create a comfortable environment for all.
Given the increased size of our new exam rooms, we can now allow two clients to accompany their pets for regularly scheduled appointments. Fit-in and drop off appointments will remain curbside, as our exam rooms are needed for regularly scheduled visits. We continue to abide by the recommendation placed by the Massachusetts Health Department that healthcare facilities continue the use of facial masks. As such, we ask you to remain fully masked during your time in the hospital. If you are having any Covid-like or cold-like symptoms, we request that you contact our front desk to reschedule your pet’s appointment.
In lieu of an open house, we would love to have you help us decorate the new building! You can do this by submitting your cutest, funniest, and favorite photos of your pets. The hospital staff will vote on their favorites, and the winning photos will be printed on canvas and hung throughout the hospital. At the end of next year, 2023, you can keep the canvas and hang it in your own home. To participate, please post your favorite photo of your furry friends in the comments!
We appreciate your patience throughout this process, and we are so excited to share this beautiful new space with you.
Sincerely,
Easthampton Animal Hospital
