Kevin and I had a wonderful time at J9 this past Saturday and the FHAOK group. It's great to be together and do what we love to do. We are so thankful for our friendship with Janine and her big beautiful heart to always let us and our horses come learn and play at her place. And for Carl for being our instructor to our big black beauties!
First time Wiesje is placed with another horse. She is doing really good!! Clarisse is teaching her social skills very well.

Today our nurse mare went back to Kansas to her owner Kane Young. It was sad for me as I've grown so fond of her. Tears rolled as we said our goodbyes and hugs to Kane for being such a kind man. Our gelding Tesla has stepped up to the task to help Ju Ju transition over to being weaned. They did great last night side by side in stalls so we decided to let them out into the small pasture. And guess what? A success!! His little heart was broken last night but today his new friend watched over him. Very proud of this little guy and how brave he is!!
