Just wanted to drop in to say that today is the 10 yr anniversary of when we rescued Venus and her daughters Phoenix and Clarity.
Feb 4, 2014 was a day that changed our lives forever. Though the chapter may be long over, new chapters have started since then. The ride was amazing and we find ourselves missing the old days sometimes.
It's strange how 10 years feels like a lifetime ago and yet it also feels like it blew by in the blink of an eye.
I know we've stepped away from social media years ago. It was hard to keep the page running with Venus gone and at the time we were making a huge move to a new place with all the animals and life just kinda got in the way. Not to mention the culture of social media overall has changed alot over the last several years. We just prefer to keep things quiet now.
But we do still help animals in need from time to time. We still have special needs animals. And of course bunnies will always be king here! We look back fondly at the old days when we posted daily, went to conventions, were in ads and magazines and worked in retirement homes with some of the bunnies as therapy animals. It sure was a fun time that we will never forget. And we will never forget Venus or any of her friends or any of the happy faces of fans and friends we made along the way.
