Thriving Greens is shutting its doors as we move forward towards more opportunities and growth. For those who haven’t yet heard, Frank and his partner will be moving out of state in late October. This is a bittersweet time for us but we are grateful for the continued support of our friends, loved ones and regulars over the years of Thriving Greens. We couldn’t have done it without you and you haven’t gone unnoticed. You are greatly appreciated and we will miss being able to provide you with our greens and strawberries.

If you’d like to follow our future ventures, we will provide some updates here once we’re settled in our new home. If you’d like to see Frank one last time before we leave, he’ll be at 15th & Cordova from 9-2 tomorrow, 10/5.

As our more versatile microgreen, pea shoots make a great addition to any salad or sandwich, but can also be gently cooked. They make a great garnish for your soup or pizza, and are a fresh and tasty green to finish off your rice, quinoa, or stir fry!
