From pregnant rescue to BOSS MARE 💪

Say hello to Scarlett! Adopted in 2014 by local retired farrier Larry Thorne, this mare is running the show in a herd of five.

Scarlett's journey at Triple R was extra special. She foaled Star, who was also adopted later on. This family has a beautiful history with the rescue!

We couldn't be prouder of Scarlett and the life Larry has given her ❤️

Rescue Relocation Update: Harbin & Buggs 🐎♥️🫏

Buggs the donkey & Harbin the horse have officially been introduced and are already finding comfort in each other as new pasture mates. It's a joy to see them bonding!

​This successful transition is thanks to our amazing Triple R board member, Robin Frutig, who recently adopted Buggs and has stepped up as Harbin's new foster mom. Thank you for giving these two wonderful animals a loving home, Robin!

We've had a wonderful day matching two sweet souls!

​Harbin, our most recent rescue, has officially moved to his new foster home with Triple R board member, Robin Frutig. His mission? To be a companion for our adopted rescue, Buggs the donkey, who was feeling a bit lonely.

​We knew Harbin had a history of getting along well with donkeys, and we were right! So far, so good with these new pasture mates. Harbin was the epitome of patience and we're so excited to see this gentle boy settling in.

Online ticket sales are now closed, but tickets can still be purchased at the event 🎟️ We'll have a silent auction, raffles, music and dancing, delicious food and desserts, games for the kiddos - all to support equines in need.
