From Newfoundhaven Rescue & Hospice: "We currently have 3 dogs that are 13+ years old, all have arthritis, and are on daily medication to help with the pain. Over time, the dogs quit responding to the meds as their bodies get used to them, and the meds lose their efficacy. Hope your day is as chill as this pup! 😌 "I purchased these for a foster pup recovery from hip surgery. We were told to try and keep her calm after surgery by the vet. These chews worked great by taking this wild pup down a notch which was monumental. Didn’t make her so sleepy that she couldn’t walk, just a perfect little sedation.
