Hello, everybody.

There’s no easy way to say this, but the day we all wished would never come has arrived. Esther has passed away. She was calm and peaceful, and fell asleep with her dad Steve by her side.

While we understand many of you will have questions, and we will have the answers for you , but we are going to take a little break to process the situation.

Even though Esther is no longer physically with us, her memory and legacy will live forever. Esther is immortal, and we will continue to show the world that all animals deserve to be loved just like she was.

Sending love and happy thoughts to each and every one of you. We know you all loved her just as much as we did, and we thank you for that.

You guys!!!!! Look! Down to the last week of possibly having a litter after the loss of our Jimmy Dean. I’m so so happy to be blessed one last litter and fulfill our deposits to brig joy into 3 more peoples homes before we retire. ❤️🐷🐽 At least you will get to see 8 more weeks of piglet videos!!! 😆

As many of you may have read, we lost our prized boar Jimmy Dean unexpectedly in March. We are still hoping he left some offspring behind.

RIP Jimmy Dean!!! ❤️🙏

It is with an extremely heavy heart and great sadness that I have to announce the passing of our prized and beloved boar Jimmy Dean. He meant everything to us and was the ultimate star of our breeding program. He had the looks, the personality, and was the greatest of all pig leaders. He was gentle to his herd, not always the case with boars and herd leaders. He was smart as a whip, and he produced us amazing piglets. I have been avoiding this post, because it has been so painful and such a big loss.
We do not know how he medically passed. We were out of the state when it happened and my young men found him and had to bury him themselves. It was so hard not being there for him, as it was sudden. He is laid to rest in our backyard with a tree planted over him in his honor. Tears flow as I type this because it’s still so hard to process as reality.

The only good news is, I do think a few of our females are pregnant, and the deposits we have in will still get to enjoy his offspring. We hope. The last few piglets left will also go to people that I’ve talked to throughout the years that have always wanted one of our pigs specifically and who love Jimmy Dean and our females. As this will be the end of our breeding career. We are sorry to have to announce our last mini pig litters in this way. But to start over with a new boar and add 15-20 years potentially is not in our life plans with now grown children. We would consider a local angel boar, but only Pippi is young enough to consider that. As Mabel-Lean and Sarah were both going to be retired this year due to age. I have committed the last 12 years of my life to the betterment of mini pigs…co founding the , assisting with rescue, research and writing on them, and helping a plethora of owners. It’s a bitter sweet ending to a long journey.

Goodbye Jim-Jim. You will always be greatly loved and missed. Thank you for all you did for our family and many many other families. Life will be different without you.
