Shout out to the best helper!!! VIVIAN!!! She showed dogs with me this weekend. Took a turn with Willow and then Raven. Raven was a sweet girl and did her job.

And many thanks to our favorite photographer, Elaine. She is like family to Viv and I as she captures all our moments together at these dog shows. Elaine and Viv were finding all the lucky ducks that were placed around the show. Thanks to Elaine, who always helps us and makes us smile!!
Go get'em Viv!! She's going to be beating me in the ring soon.

Pupdate on Harlie!!

This lovely girl is by our Duke and out of our lovely girl Tess. Tess was truly the best hunting partner, smartest dog, and the best family dogs one could ask for. Tess now lives the retirement life, but I think of her all the time. Updates like this warm my heart, and I can see my girl shine through.

Thank you for the wonderful update and all the love you give to Harlie. She looks like so much fun!!!

We had a Tess and Duke pup and she’ll be 3 this year! Can’t believe how fast the time flies. She’s turned into such an amazing dog. We recently (2/22) had our first baby and Harlie has been better adjusting than we could have imagined. She loves the little guy so much!!
She is such a lab, loves all things food, water, seeing how long it takes her to get an squeaker out of a toy, and being outside! Her best dog friend is a boxer next door!"

Love getting these updates!! This family has done a fabulous job of raising and loving this puppy. These girls look like a whole bunch of fun!!

"I just wanted to check in and send you some photos of our sweet girl, Maíz.  She spends most of her days at home with me, and enjoys our long morning walks, time at the beach and "helping" me in the garden. She is in a weekly puppy training class where we are all learning a ton. She has yet to meet a stranger or dog she doesn't like :)  She is a wonderful companion and we all love and adore her - especially the kids!"

Shout put to all my folks up north. If anyone is looking for a training buddy to get get George on some birds, leave a comment here on how you can be reached. This lovely guy is ready to work.

"Hi Joanna! I hope you’re doing well, I just wanted to say that George is doing amazing, and he’s incredibly smart. He’s showing naturally hunting instincts which I never seen in Jerry, he’s so smart waiting patiently for his prey (Jerry lol), he even hides sometimes and peeks very slow, he’s very good at sniffing also. I’m thinking I’d like to develop his skills more but I don’t want to send him away. Do you know any place I could go with him to train for hunting or search and rescue something like that? Thank you! 💕"

Pupdate!!!

Keiko (Alex x Myrtle) pup has been making us proud. Her and her family have been giving back to the world in so many big and meaningful ways. Getting the updates l, pictures, and cards along the ways empowers us. Labradors are truly the best breed. Keep up the great work!!!

"Keiko got to go to the Pierce County adoption day in Tacoma and met all the kids that were getting adopted that day! She did incredible, there were a few severely disabled children who had minimal movement and she did amazing with every single one of them. She did so well she actually got called in the court room and the judge called us up with a family for an adoption.

She’s also been doing well at Harbroview in the burn unit and pediatric ICU. She the only dog they allow in with the ICU kids."

Covered in water and hay from helping with chores, this guy is still breathtaking in the sunset out in the arena. He has truly come into himself. He is laid back and easygoing. His family is coming for him on Saturday. Mr. GREEN collar will soon have a name and a family to call his own. These Joker puppies have been wonderful.

Finally, the sun came out. Lots of play time today. Everyone is helping with projects.
