Happy Wednesday! Raise your hand if you have Spring Fever!🙌 This interim warm weather warmup is G-L-O-R-I-O-U-S! BUT, it will not last long AND your Fish still do NOT need to be fed!😘 I know a lot of you have called recently to ask since the fishies have perked up due to warmer weather but they are still in their Winter slumber and will be until about Mid-March so please do not feed your fish. But do think about them and get on our schedule for the upcoming Spring Cleaning season! We will be getting that underway very soon and we look forward to seeing everyone!

Happy Fishtank Friday! With the abundance of Winter weather we have been experiencing we thought a nice 215 Gal Saltwater Reef Aquarium installation 🔥 would Heat things up! We recently replaced and upgraded Limbaugh Toyota’s Customer Service Lobby Aquarium. The Aquarium is a true focal point, source of entertainment and part of the excellent customer experience you get at Limbaugh Toyota! Follow along as we document the many steps within a Reef Aquarium installation. Enjoy!

Time flies when you’re having FUN and no doubt we are in the FUN business!🐠🐟🐡 What makes it FUN?! Well no doubt working with Fish, Corals and Waterfalls is fun but getting to know folks who love it just as much as we do is where the REAL fun is at! Some of you have known us since our inception…to that we say..”Hang On…we are just getting Started!” Each year we refine our craft, our techniques and approaches thanks to newer technology and knowledge gained within the Aquarium and Water Garden Industries…come along with us on our trajectory and enjoy the amazing World of Water Features!!!

Looks like we finally got a visit from Old Man Winter! Did you get any ice formations with last nights freeze? If so be aware that there will appear to be sudden water loss when this happens but it is all in the ice formations themselves. If necessary be ready to add some water back to your system if the freeze is extended. Otherwise enjoy the Magic of Mother Nature’s freezing creations!

Which came first…The Chicken 🐔 or the Koi? We had a fun time delivering some nice Koi to new pond owners today…their Plymouth Barred Rock Chickens were as curious about the Koi as the new pond owners were…little did the Chickens know…those Koi have teeth! Those fish will Bite you!! Bok, bok 🤠

Perspective is the feeling I get returning from my Water Garden industry conference dubbed “Pondemonium” that I have now attended for over 21 years! A LOT of things happened and happens in 21 years….most notably…aging and the changing of the guard. 21 years ago I was one of the new “young Guns” eager for the Game..don’t get me wrong, I’m just as eager but wiser now too! With age, Should come wisdom..🤠 It was eye-opening to look around and see both the old Guard-looking as good as ever-but a very significant amount of new blood too…a sure sign of any healthy industry/endeavor is newer and younger people entering into it. The younger generation has a lot to offer and their interpretation and perspective is oftentimes so much better and unique! Mentoring and leaning into any of those young Guns willing to ask questions is just as important to the process..most importantly is the realization amongst our group of how much being “healthy” and able at ages 50+ is! Unfortunately we had 2 attendees in that age group who recently passed away with several others in the recent years past…Health is the New Wealth! We all got the message that being “the business” is not sustainable enough…we should be multi-layered in effort to expect the unexpected..as tomorrow is promised to no one. Lastly, at the close of our meeting, I was proud to witness our Tribe publicly “laying hands” and praying for others in our group, asking the Good Lord to watch o’er us! That my friends was worth every bit of blood, sweat and tears to get to this point of my work journey…the realization of an always Greater Higher power than ourselves and the Strength in numbers to prove it!….This Song is for those in our Tribe who have gotten there and all the rest of us who are on our way! I cannot wait to see the Great Water Feature in the sky! Until then…
