In a world of shadows, I softly tread,
A little cat, with fears unsaid.
Amidst the ruins, beneath the sky so gray,
I whisper to the winds, "Please take this war away."

With eyes of emerald, wide and bright,
I gaze upon the day, I tremble in the night.
Once there were warm laps, and gentle strokes of love,
Now there's only silence, and dark clouds above.

"Where are my humans?" I softly cry,
"Why did they leave, did I say goodbye?"

The thunder of guns, the flash of a fight,
Turned my sunny days into endless night.
I'm just a kitten, small and frail,
In this broken world, where the brave hearts fail.

I don't understand the reasons of men,
Why they choose war, again and again.
I long for a touch, a kind embrace,
In this lonely world, a quiet, safe space.

To purr once more, to chase a string,
To find joy in the simple, little thing.
Oh, world, hear my plea, a kitten's prayer,
For peace, for love, to breathe sweet air.

Let's mend what's broken, heal what's sore,
And promise each other, no more war.

I didn't get her name. But this wonderful lady saved a litter of kittens that had been dumped in a dumpster. She and her friends each took one. And today she was getting her baby fixed. Just a little happy for all yall. It made me very happy!

This is a few of the very adoptable cats/kittens that are waiting for someone to come and adopt them.
There are even small kittens that need you to bring them home.
The adoption fee is 60 dollars for already spayed or neutered and you get a free wellness exam for your new friend. Same goes for the ones that haven't been fixed yet. Except we also need a 50 dollar refunded deposit. That you get back when you take your kitten to its spay/neuter appointment that is paid for by us.

Still hoping someone will step up and foster theses babies

Someone dumped these babies in a plastic tub outside of Petsmart in Lufkin.

Would anyone please foster this set of 4 adorable kittens?
When they are older we will have them fixed and placed at an adoption center. You really would be saving them!

When you see something like this, don't be afraid, don't call the firefighters or the police, don't move and don't kill them.
These are just bees traveling and stopping for just 24 hours.
Don't disturb them and avoid getting close to them, they won't hurt you.
If you want to help, put a flat plate or tray with some sugar water.
Bees will eat, gain energy and fly away.
We all need to protect migratory bees, they are our survival insurance.
Without bees, there will be no humans on earth. 🐝🧡
