“PSA: cautioning all my clients and potential clients on the use of Librela for dogs or Solensia for cats.
Vets are prescribing this right and left for arthritis, but many animals are dying from the use of it.
There’s a class action suit in the UK, and a cat client of mine has been trying to keep her cat alive for the last three weeks since her vet gave her otherwise healthy cat the Solensia shot.
My client was given no warning at all of the potential side effects or the fact that it’s been deadly in a great number of animals.

Like so many drugs, this can be great for some animals and deadly for others - much like so many drugs for people. I for one don’t wanna give critters anything that might further endanger them.”
