Had a wonderful meeting with the Mayor of San Vincente Pacaya Volcano today! We discussed collaborating on various initiatives to support the Cowboys, horses, tourism, and the local community. He truly impressed us with his kindness, patience, and deep commitment to the welfare of his community, especially the horses with the Cowboys!!!🤠🤠🤠🤠

¡Tuve una reunión maravillosa con el Alcalde del Volcán Pacaya en San Vicente hoy! Discutimos colaborar en diversas iniciativas para apoyar a los Cowboys, los caballos, el turismo y la comunidad local. Realmente nos impresionó su amabilidad, paciencia y compromiso profundo con el bienestar de su comunidad, especialmente los caballos con los Cowboys.

Our rescue baby from Zone 0 is doing great and getting lots of love and care. Today I brought medicines from the United States and we washed all the wounds and he got very strong antibiotics and anti- parasite meds as well as very strong topical antibiotics. This little boy is a fighter. We love him.

50 Veterinarian checks on the Pacaya tour horses parasite, medicines, and Concentrado were given out, we also checked all the tack on the horses. we also gave education and training for tourism.

Christmas day ! 80 kids got presents, pizza and piñatas. Thank you to all our donors. I had a slice of pizza only for Christmas. Finally did Acatenango Volcano! By 4x4 truck - what would normally be a six hour hike we did in one hour by car. Guatemalan horse tours will be offering this new adventure for those that want to see Fuego Volcano’s eruptions without the physical effort and hike the last hour by horse to the base camp where we be offering high end glamping with a chef! Even hot showers on the volcano.
