Sassy little Pepper is road trip ready! Her mama is an Arkansas girl who was living in Florida when we crossed paths. I am a Florida girl transplanted to Arkansas! We share a love of sassy schnauzers. I love what a small world it is sometimes and love our schnauzer family 🐾

🐾Our current babies are full siblings to Ryan’s girl, Pepper. She’s a whole 6 lbs, which is below our typical 9-12 lb weight range.
🐾There is one sweet girl in the litter that seems like she’s going to be petite like Pepper. We don’t select for this smaller size, but occasionally have those genetics pop up that make for a schnauzer in a smaller package. If your preference is for a smaller dog, please reach out!

🏆This little turkey sure made me laugh today. I think his name is Christopher, but we are STILL not decided on names 😵‍💫

🏆He gets the prize for “most fits thrown” during their first haircut with the clippers. He put up a good battle of the wills, but once he was tired of fit throwing, he settled right down and was very quiet, attentive and interested in all of the movement, sounds and smells of one of his kids bringing in wood and building a fire. 🔥

💈Even the best of puppy fits are no match for firm, calm, stubborn patience. They don’t have the mental or physical stamina. The rest of the litter all did pretty well, with very minimal sass.
🐾We really try not to pick favorites, and we really do love them all to pieces regardless, but I already think he is showing signs of being the smartest little guy and my favorite schnauzer temperament. These little dogs are smart and have a mind of their own. I love that about them.
🐾Each puppy is so unique and different and their early experiences play such a big part in their adult habits and personality. If we don’t get our bluff in when they are small, not as quick on their feet, and intellectually immature, we might never get the chance 🤣

Messy eaters are enjoying lots of fresh eggs and whole milk cottage cheese with their puppy mush. They are still learning not to step in their food and we have to wipe them down after every meal, but they are doing so good with the litter box, which makes life so much easier. 🙌🏼
🐾Potty training babies and their early socialization is so much work but a strong foundation now, will make a huge difference down the road.
🐾I’m curious what the Turkey Creek Schnauzer families think about this…at what point did you consider your baby to be “house trained”?

We have another imposter y’all! This website is one of the most legitimate scammer sights I’ve seen. They stole most of their pictures from our website and social media and stole all of their copy from our website as well. I have reported their page to FB but I don’t have much faith in the FB police. I don’t know how to report a fraudulent website but I wanted to share with the Turkey Creek Schnauzers family! Dishonest people who take advantage of others make me sick but unfortunately there are many scammers out there!

🐾🎓TCS Pupdate: Gretchen graduated from her puppy training course yesterday. Her trainer said she’s a very smart pup and catches on to new skills quickly. They even used her in demonstrations for potential clients! Next goal for us is having her take the Canine Good Citizen test. She’s still only 9 pounds, but we sure love her big spunky personality❤️🎓

👻We have some availability with our current litter of 5 for another family or two. We will be keeping at least one, possibly more from this pairing.

We breed a small number of unique toy and mini schnauzers on our farm in north central Arkansas. These dogs are part of our family and puppies are raised in our home. They will come pre spoiled and kid tested. We specialize in healthy puppies with unique colors and great temperments.
