🎉🩷CELEBRATE, COME ON, OH YEA!!🩷🎉
We are so excited to announce that Ms. Fruity has found her FUREVER family!!

This wonderful family adopted Hera and Hercules a few months ago and decided they needed a friend. Well, Ms. Fruity fit the bill 110%!! She loves playing with her canine siblings but also likes to “keep them in line”
when they get a little rowdy. 🤣 Sometimes she looks at her mom as if to say, “seriously!!” 😆

Fruity adores her human siblings and parents. She’s always up for an adventure or lounging on the couch. Tea parties with her little sis is her specialty!! 🫖🍪☕️🩷

We are absolutely thrilled for Fruity and her family. She couldn’t have asked for a better “Happily ever after!!” 🩷🐾

Sweet Goose and Freddie are looking for their forever homes! These boys are about 3.5 months old and just sweet as can be. They make a purr-fect pair, but can also be adopted separately if there is a young cat in the home they can bond with.

Goose loves to sleep on his humans' shoulders, and his two favorite activities are playing and cuddling. Freddie will start purring as soon as you make eye contact with him and loves chasing crinkle balls and snuggling. They also love to play and snuggle with each other, and would love to go home together.

These guys are fully vetted and do great with other cats, dogs, and kids!

🎉🩷BELLE PUPDATE!! 🩷🎉

Our precious Belle was adopted a couple of months ago by the sweetest family and she is living her best life!!
Belle has two “puurrfect” feline siblings 🐈🐈‍⬛ and two human siblings to play and snuggle with 🩷 They go on lots of adventures and Belle loves every minute of it!!
Belle was found dumped on a background in Adair county as a very young puppy. 😣 Thankfully a wonderful friend stopped and saved her!! 🥳
Belle had the BEST foster family 👩🏻🧑🏼‍🦱 and we are so grateful to them for their love and patience to help Belle grow into the wonderful and happy girl she is today!! 🩷

Belle HAPPY FUREVER after would not have been possible without a foster stepping up to say, YES!! 🙌🏻
Our incredible foster families are the ONLY REASON we are able to help so many animals in need; BUT we need more foster families now more than EVER!! 🙏🏻

The number of puppies, kittens, dogs and cats being dumped EVERY SINGLE DAY is staggering and these innocent babies did not ask for any of this 😣

🆘⚠️🆘 We receive dozens of phone calls, emails, and FB messages EVERY DAY concerning litters of kittens that have been dumped as well as adult cats. If you are going to have barn cats and/or indoor cats:

➡️➡️PLEASE SPAY and NEUTER!!⬅️⬅️

There are several organizations like ours in the central KY area that offer low cost spay/neuter vouchers and others that even offer low cost clinics.

Our country is experiencing the WORST animal overpopulation crisis in history!! 💔There are just not enough loving and responsible homes, and it’s not fair to these innocent fur babies to suffer 😔 bc of irresponsible owners.

💛 Meet the SWEETEST little guy in town💛

BINGO is the best boy--he's affectionate, funny, cheerful, smart, playful, and snuggly! He would make an amazing companion for anyone. We think he would be especially wonderful as a "family dog" 🏡with any age children. Bingo is around 1 year old and a wonderful mix of Terrier and Labrador. He is currently 32 pounds and not expected to get much larger--not too big, and not too small!

Bingo enjoys playing, both with other dogs and with humans/toys. 🎾🧸 When he is not playing, he is a total cuddle bug!! 💛
Bingo is also very smart and has taken well to starting basic command training with his foster family. 🎉

Bingo would do well in a variety of households--he gets along with other dogs, both big and small. He also does well with cats with an introduction, and would be a fabulous companion for any age child. Bingo is fully crate- and potty-trained! He is also fully vetted: neutered, UTD on vaccines, negative for HW, microchipped, and receives a monthly flea/tick/hw preventative.

Fern says "Someone adopt these kittens and get them OUT OF MY HOUSE!" 😆Fern was adopted from us back in March, and now she is an amazing foster sister to adoptable Ash, Atlas, and Luna! But, she's ready to have her window perch back.

Ash, Atlas, and Luna are the sweetest, softest kittens! They are social, playful, and cuddly. Ash and Atlas (both male) would love to be adopted together! Luna (female) has the cutest little white spot on her chest, making it look like she's always wearing a tiny tuxedo. 🥰 As you can see, they get along great with other cats!

Meet Sam 🥰 Sam is a sweet boy looking for a special family to call his very own! Sam is about 1 year old and has the most beautiful coat! He is one of our longest foster residents despite being such a wonderful cat!

Sam is shy at first but SO loving once he warms up! He is just looking to be someone’s baby and receive all the love he deserves! He prefers relaxing and chilling over playing.

Sam gets along well with other animals but would also do great as a solo cat. He’s lived with other cats and dogs, though he’d definitely prefer any dogs in the household to mostly ignore him.

Here are two more of our beautiful kittens who are looking for their forever homes: Sadie and Lexie. These sweet kittens are about 4 months old and fully vetted.

Sadie (aka “Bangs”) may have the worst haircut you’ve ever seen, but she has the biggest heart. She would win "Miss Congeniality" at the beauty pageant for sure--she is so loving, fun, and playful. She is incredibly affectionate and loves to snuggle.

Lexie is a stunning kitten who should win a pageant for her beauty, poise, and grace! Her personality is just as lovely as her looks! She absolutely loves to snuggle and hang out wherever her people are.

These girls are great with other cats, dogs, and kids. They would make an excellent pair but can be adopted separately, though they definitely want a home with another kitty playmate.

🐱🛁🧴🐾 Here is some excellent information if you find abandoned or dumped kittens:

✳️If kittens are under 2 pounds, we don’t do anything for fleas but a bath in Dawn. But please do so, especially if their gums are turning white. Otherwise, chemicals are too toxic for them if not at 2 lbs.

✳️However if you find a kitten that is lethargic, please give it a tad of karo syrup immediately and then a few more times an hour to get its blood sugar back up and keep it on a heating source before you give it a bath. Because no matter how warm or lukewarm your water is that you are bathing it in, a bath will drop their body temperature just a tad and that might be all it takes to slip over the rainbow bridge.

✳️Kittens with goopy eyes should be cleaned with warm water and given terramycin ointment in their eyes 3 times a day. You can find it at Tractor Supply.

✳️We can all do our part to help, bc most likely when you find one it will take days to find someone to help you with it and what you do for it in those couple of days could mean life or death. ⚠️Please DO NOT GIVE kittens COWS MILK⚠️

✳️If they won't eat canned kitten food, you can give it chicken flavored baby food or kitten formula depending on age.

🛑🛑If you find a litter of kittens under 3-4 weeks of age, leave them alone! If they are quiet and healthy they have a mama. If they are sick and screaming, most likely they don’t. Know when to intervene and when not to🛑🛑

🚗💨 CHARLIE TO CHARLESTON 🚗💨
Charlie came into our rescue when his family could no longer care for him. This little dude is the happiest, snuggly pup ever!! Everyone that meets him, instantly falls in love!! 🤍🧡

Charlie had so many fantastic friends and families to help him on his journey and bc of their love for animals, Charlie is now with his furever family!! We could not continue to help animals in need without all of these fabulous volunteers and fosters!! Our fosters and volunteers are the HEART and SOUL of our rescue!! ❤️

Kyrsten Hill kindly volunteered to transport our little buddy from KY to SC!! They had the best road trip and took lots of pit stops/potty breaks along the way!! Kyrsten loves transporting our pets to their new families are we are so grateful for her!! 💜

Charlie’s foster family, the ODaniel’s,
loved and worked with Charlie to help him become such a happy, sweet little guy!! They did an amazing job, don’t you think?? 💙

Mandy Atkins and her family took care of Charlie when his foster family was on vacation. He made lots of furry friends and got lots of love from their family too!! ❤️

Charlie and Kyrsten left EARLY on the 4th of July and arrived safely to Charlie’s new home late that afternoon. Charlie was welcomed by his new family and all of their cousins, aunts, uncles, children, and grandchildren. He jumped right in and had a fun filled day with everyone. 🤍🇺🇸💙

Charlie has a fur bro and a mom and dad that will love him furever!! His mom said Charlie is going to be a “beach doggie!!” We can’t wait to see his adventures!! 🏖️🎾

He is one happy little boy and we were so blessed to be able to help Charlie find the perfect family for him. He will be greatly missed but we know that he is home and will never want for anything ever again. 🏡❤️🐾🐶

These stunning tortie girls are in search of their forever homes 😍 Frankie and Deloris might be some of the most beautiful kittens you’ve ever seen! They each have the unique “chimera” coloring, where each side of their face has different colors. Frankie has her orange coloring on the left, and Deloris on the right. We think these girls would make an excellent pair 🐱🐱

Frankie is super snuggly and affectionate. She loves to purr and make biscuits ❤️ Deloris is more independent though still enjoys some evening cuddles before bed! She has a playful streak and will sometimes chase her own tail!

These girls are about 4 months old and fully vetted. They are suited to live in a home with other cats, dogs, and kids! If they aren’t adopted together, they are definitely looking for another kitty in the home they can play with.

Sometimes dreams do come true 🤩 Clover, Sage and Sprout were adopted TOGETHER this weekend! 🥰 This beautiful trio will continue to get to snuggle and play together with their new family!

We always advocate for our kittens to be adopted in pairs, but we knew a trio would be unlikely and planned to ensure that these lovely tuxie babies at least had playmates in their new homes. When we initially posted these kittens, we still included that it was their foster mom’s dream to see these guys adopted together. We were ECSTATIC when an application came through for all three kittens 🤩 this dream became a reality for the foster mom and their new family! Congratulations to Clover, Sage, Sprout and their forever family 🥰🎉
