I was a veterinary technician for 22 years. I worked at Totowa Animal Hospital for 19 years (Dr. Donald Jacobs, VMD) and Golub Animal Hospital for 3 years besides traveling to various animal hospitals in the Tri-State area as a surgical technician, assisting top specialists in the surgery room. I was the head of ICU (the most critical), Geriatrics, Pre/Post Natal care, Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician and performed dentistrys. Animals have been my heart since I was 3 years old. I have had animals since the day I was born and continue to have them as part of my life. I believe animals should be treated with nothing but love and respect, as they do with us, unconditionally. When people go on vacation, they know they can count on me to take care of their pet and because of my veterinary background I can detect any type of issue an animal may be having and try and resolve it as well as dispense any medication your pet has been prescribed. I am very attentive to an animals needs and will provide nothing short of caring and loving them as if they were my own. I love all animals and my full attention will be on your pet while in my care! I would love to walk your dog while you're at work (Did you get a new pet recently?), watch your pet while you are away (boarding), drop-in visits and a walk now and then are always a pleasure!

Carol is a five star dog companion/sitter. She spent a week with my senior pooch and later when we picked up a new pup. Carol is trustworthy, friendly, and has numerously rearranged her day bc I need a last minute sitter. I would recommend hiring Carol for anything dogs!!
My senior Westie had a long stay with Carol, she was very attentive to him and communicated with us while we were in Europe traveling, giving us updates and sending pictures. Pippin is almost 15 so we were worried about leaving him but Carol took great care of him.
Carol was wonderful she was so loving and caring. my dogs were very happy with her and I would use her again and recommend her very highly!
Carol is an incredible caregiver to our pups Winter and Giant. Winter is hesitant (and sometimes just rude) when meeting new people. Carol stepped right up and quickly had the affection of both dogs. Within a day of her stay, she updated us with a puppie selfie to show how much progress she and Winter had made. They are best buds now. While away, we got regular updates on the pups and knew they were in great and loving hands.
We have also used Carol to drop in and check on/feed the pups. She is very reliable and highly recommended.
Carol took excellent care of Lilly and was very flexible with our fluid schedule. She communicated with us throughout the day and evening and, with her background as a veterinary technician, had no trouble with Lily's insulin injection. We will definitely trust Carol with Lily in the future.
Carol truly loves dogs and took excellent care of my boys! They were happy and didn’t want to leave when I got back to pick them up!

Carol has dropped in to take care of my dog a couple times now and has been fantastic each time! She is very playful with him and attentive to his needs (more water, picking up after him, etc.). She even offered to stop back over to let him out again because he had just started eating his food when she was leaving. Her history as a vet tech also makes me feel very comfortable and confident that my 4-legged baby is in great hands. I will definitely be rebooking her :)
Carol has been an excellent dog walker for my dog. She truly loves my dog taking care of him beyond our request. She has not only been there for my dog but has voluntarily pitch in to help my family when needed. She’s the best.
I can not say enough about how wonderful Carol was with Brando. He had an eight night stay with her, and Bowie. Carol would send me pics and texts to assure me all was well. I now know that she is his go to sitter.

I used Carol for the first time yesterday and she was fabulous! Very accommodating and really cared for my dog. Asked all the right questions, and made sure he was fed and walked before leaving. Looking forward to using her again in the future!
Carol was fantastic! She accommodated our request the at last moment and was kind enough to walk our dog twice in day. She was punctual and treated our dog really well. I will definitely use her services again and would recommend her to everyone.
Carol is super friendly. My little yorkie usually has a little social anxiety around other pets, but he seemed pretty unphased after initially meeting Carol's dog. Carol was very welcoming and helped calm Marley down and make him feel cozy. She kept in touch with me throughout Marley's stay. When Marley was home, he was super chill. When he has stayed with other people he is clingy and tired from being out of his comfort zone, but did not seem the case this time. Really happy to find a sitter so close to home and as nice as Carol is. Will definitely request her again in the future.
Carol was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to meet my pups and me in advance so I could show here were everything is and let her meet my insane but loving pit bull and coonhound. She took all of Sprocket and Gizmo's hyper insanity with a grain of salt. Having never let my dogs be cared for by someone I didn't know, this meant a lot to me and I could tell she would be great! Carol has a very upbeat and happy personality and truly loves animals and she put my mind at ease. She was on time, communicative and send me pics of the happy pups during the visit. A+ all the way, I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Carol!
