Our Story
Are you telling me 40% of pet owners don’t love their pets? Well then why are forty percent of pet parents are not getting vet care for their furbabies... Personally I think those folks love their pets a lot. But they have these barriers that are pretty legit - it cost too much, it’s not convenient, my pet is scared and it feels like a traumatic experience....
So we are trying to fix that for you. We asked a whole slew of our vet friends to come out on the weekends at PetSmarts, CVS, RiteAids, etc. Our pop-up clinics only last and hour or so and are much more relaxed, playful...dare I say even fun. No sick animals...just lots of laughs and love. Many pet parents even say my dog or cat didn’t even know you gave them a shot! The ultimate compliment.
We also felt like it shouldn’t cost that much to get basic shots for your pet. When you go to a human ER - there are thousands and thousands of dollars of equipment. People wonder why a little gauze pad costs $50. Well the accountants in the back spread all those big expenses out over all of the little things.
Same thing happens at animal hospitals. Did you know that many brick and mortar animal hospitals have ultrasound equipment, lab equipment, x-rays machines, dental x-ray machines, dental equipment, anesthesia machines, etc? It costs a lot to run. And if your pet needs a teeth cleaning, broken bone set, or an ear cytology - by all means head over to our friends there...
