It’s been one thing after another lately—flat tires, a tree crashing down on one of our vans during the last storm… and let’s not forget our new favorite: Jessica Taylor from Arnold, who apparently thinks dog grooming is a free service now.

Jessica was so excited to get on our schedule. We squeezed her in within days and gave her pup a beautiful groom with the kind of care we’re known for. She smiled, said thanks—and then ghosted when it came time to pay.

We’ve followed up for over a month. Nothing. No payment, no explanation. Just silence.

So now? Our lawyer is taking it from here. Because as a small business, we can’t afford to be taken advantage of. Our groomers work hard, and they deserve better.
