We said OTTOs looks after ALL critters. well.... WE. AINT. NEVA. LIE! This is my new buddy for a few days. Her name is Montana. She's a Leopard tortoise. She's 1. She's a little shy but loves soaking in her bowl, short tromps around the yard & cucumber is her favorite! She's tiny now but she will grow up to be around 50 pounds!

We've had a pretty busy BUT awesome 1st 14days of August! Have been doing overnight stays from the 1st -12th on top of regular daily/weekly walks. Watched Maddy & sully for a few days. Then got to hand w Chubbs, Phoenix, the Kitty & Oppie the bearded dragon. All while marching my regular crew of Grom, Sammy, Oscar(flash), Rocky, Tony the mad man & sweet ol Siren. Even saved a few turtles. I truly am blessed to get to do what I do and to have the continued love and support from the community I hold so dear.

It's time to start a new chapter.

These past five years at The Spot have been amazing. Joe gave me the complete freedom to do what I wanted in the kitchen, from start to finish. And while I am proud of what we were able to accomplish, I am eager that my time in the kitchen will come to an end in a few days.

Those of you who know me, truly appreciate the love I have for dogs. Not just Rucca,Sugar or Penny but ALL dogs. One of the things I am going to miss most about the Spot was bringing treats out to the many dogs that would visit us daily.

You also know that I'm not afraid of hard work. Whether it was being in an attic fixing HVACs on a 100 degree day or up in a bucket w a chainsaw 60 feet up in a tree. Now it's time to turn that hard work into something I can call my own and do something I truly love - working with dogs and being outside.

OTTO's Dog Walking & Pet Services is going to start small - just focusing on Pleasure Island friends. Rates will vary according to how many walks per week or per month you'll need. Plus I'll be adding other services going forward, but in the meantime, I'd really just appreciate it if you could (A) Like my new page and (B) Share my page or (C) tag local island friends below who might need someone to look after their pet. 910-279-8149
