As a trainer and a coach– I'm very proud to have Deanna Davidson & Gotta Queen under my guidance– Deanna is a fabulous young lady to coach, she learns quickly and has transitioned into the Non Pro Derby competition with focus and a very competitive mindset. 12 year old Deanna earned her first Cactus Reining Classic Derby paycheck on Thursday!! I am confident that she will have great year aboard her fancy mare! Congratulations Deanna– you did a wonderful job showing and it's a pleasure to have you and your family apart of Tamarack Ranch and so committed to excellence in Reining.

Gabe is an NRHA rider and is the head trainer and manager of Tamarack Ranch. Based in Burleson, Texas, Tamarack Ranch is one of the largest reining horse breeders in the U.S. including multiple show horses keeping themselves busy year-round.

There is always a special bond with the horses we bred, raise and train. The day they are born they become part of our family. This year I've got a very special mare "TR DESIGNER GENES" (Spooks Gotta Whiz x Taris Designer Genes) ... and a very special new ranch! In spite of taking most of the year off to complete the construction of our new ranch in Burleson, Texas, I did keep my foot in the saddle as much as possible.
