Please note that all pet sitting is done by appointment only, 48hrs in advance. If for some reason your pet comes with no documentation or tags, there will be a fine of $15 per day till proper documents are provided or we can even deny your pets stay for any services we provide. We are now offering Pet Photography services. Must call in advance if interested in this service and to schedule your appointment. Don't forget to check out our websites for quotes or call. REMEMBER, EVERYTHING IS DONE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY. THAT INCLUDES DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A CERTAIN TIME, YOU MUST BE HERE AT THAT TIME AND PICK YOUR PETS UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME OR EXTRA FEES CAN BE ADDED FOR NON COMMUNICATION. 10% discount for Military clients or if you become a regular, you can consider doing contracts at a set rate which can be very beneficial. All sitting arrangement payments are due 48 hrs in advance or sooner prior to drop off of pet(s). Call in and book today. Any payments made the day of drop off of pets is subjected to a $25 dollar one time fee for each pet. As we have been getting busy we had to start making our booking payments in advance to secure booking dates to insure we don't over book. So to avoid this fee it is better to call in advance. Also, please note that if you are an extended stay client and need your pets to stay longer, hours of payment are Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. If you don't make a payment for an extended stay within that time frame, you will be charged a $25 late fee which will be added to your bill and must be paid the following Monday. Extended stays are $45 and up depending on your daily pet rate.

!!!!!!!!!!! There is a one time holiday fee of $25 added to your booking fee for all holidays on the calendar !!!!!!!!! CANCELLATION POLICIES!!! Full booking payments are done in advance. Cancellations are $50 if canceled 48 hours in advance. If canceled the day of booking, there is a half booking fee refund.. If canceling the day after, there is no refund. Also, if you pick up your pets early, there is NO refund for early pick ups. Your pets are reserved for the time frame you originally specified. That space has been spoken for so if you come early, you are still responsible for the space you reserved while someone else could have reserved that space. BITING FEE: $125 for small pets and $225 for big pets. NO EXCEPTIONS. Here are our hours of operation which also includes pick ups and have been like this for a very long time. Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat 10-5pm and Sunday 12 noon to 5pm. If you are scheduled for a pick up time and we call you for verification and we get no answer and your fur baby stays after hours, there will be a $25 dollar a pet pick up charge.
