"Ellie is a sweet adolescent Border Collie/ Lab mix with a lot of love to give. Given her breed, she has quite a good amount of energy and is extremely smart though this can cause issues with boredom. She figures out puzzles extremely fast, enjoys a good snuffle mat, and elk antlers (under supervision as she is a super chewer). She is very big on chasing and will play fetch with a frisbee until she tires out for a brief moment. From what we can tell Ellie is big on water as well as she enjoys splashing in her water bowl and playing in the rain. From what we have seen, she is cautious and friendly with other animals. Ellie has had limited interactions with both cats and dogs. She spends most of her time outdoors, so she is not formally crate trained - she knows that being in a crate means it’s time to rest. Ellie has had all of her vaccines and has been spayed, so she is ready for her forever home that will love her as much as she deserves. That being said Ellie needs a lot of attention, so if you’re someone who is interested in a dog they can train and be active with I believe she would be a good candidate. We believe a single dog household where Ellie can get all the attention she needs would theoretically be the best option for her."

He can't "work", so he is unwanted, was taken to be put down. Thank goodness this kind lady helped him. We have till Thur 13th.
