Daisy is an approximately 1 year old unaltered female shepherd looking for her forever home and humans she can trust.

She deserves a safe and loving home. If you can foster or adopt her, she will be so grateful. She is a sweet and gentle girl but very timid and uncertain of people. Who can blame her after being dumped to have her babies in an open field with no food or water.

She will take some time to warm up but we believe she will do well once she is given time to adjust to her new home. She will be soon receive all of her vaccinations and will be spayed.

My name is Crystal Sarai Jara Mendoza I will be helping manage the Palmview Stray Dog Family Rescue page. If you have any questions about the pups or parents of the pups please message this page directly or my personal page. I do respond as soon as I’m available. I do have a full-time job and travel so if I don’t respond through this page you can feel more than welcome to add my personal page. As of now Cris Robert Silguero is fostering all pups and is needing dog supplies (food, doggy pools, elevated beds, etc ..) for the pups. Thank you so much for your time! This is definitely not a one person job it is very stressing and depressing but we have all one goal to get all these forever homes! 🙏

Visited Rosco & Daisy tonight after it cooled down a bit.

So grateful for these sweet dogs and their puppies. They are a joy to anyone who has met and helped care for them. They are so sweet despite how much they suffer. They deserve the best life. They make us feel our deepest human emotion, compassion and it breaks our hearts yet fills them with love every time any one of us visit them.

Please foster or adopt. They can’t live out in this life threatening heat like this. Good thing it was 88° tonight but it was 100° and humid today. They are fighting for their lives out in an open field.

Please pass this on to all rescued in your state!

What is the life expectancy of a stray dog?

The average lifespan of a stray on the streets is 1 to 2 years, according to Stray Rescue, as compared to 8 to 16 years for a dog in a home, as stated by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). Typically, larger dogs have shorter life spans than smaller dogs.

Please save the Palmview Stray Dog Family Rescue! They are off the streets BUT they are still outdoors in life threatening heat! Any temperature 90° or greater can make a dog die of heat stroke!

I just spoke with the Dr. Phil Primetime show and we are looking for anyone and everyone who is involved in animal rescue to write to the show!

His new show addresses issues throughout the nation, and we are definitely in a crisis when it comes to overpopulation of animals!

We need to make changes in the only way to do it is to really scream from the rooftops! So please join me and doing that!

There are over 70 million groups on Facebook! Pet related groups rank 10th in popularity. We NEED our post reposted in as many pet related groups as possible and shared to other social media platforms.

We NEED volunteers to manage social media now that I am heading up to Michigan to spend time with family. Maybe some students!?

Both adults and 9 puppies are still available to foster or adopt in ANY STATE.

Please Cris Robert Silguero to offer any help that you can. This rescue is a HUGE undertaking which will require many hands.

Black dogs, especially ones that are not going to be tiny little fluff balls, are the least likely to be rescued or adopted.

We cannot give up hope!

We need these dogs out of the heat and to safety!

Grateful they aren’t running loose anymore but they deserve so much better!

Please offer any help you can to Cris and continue to spread the word about the Palmview Stray Dog Family Rescue effort which she has taken over now that I’m going up north.

Donate dog food! Donate funds to help cover veterinary cost! We cannot count on the system to help us! They are overwhelmed! We are in a crisis in the government needs to step in! These dogs are just a few of millions that are out there suffering!

The dog family still needs help finding homes!

They need food, other supplies and vet care asap. Donations can be given directly to Cris Robert Silguero who is now leading this effort.

Statistically, black dogs (and cats), especially ones that aren’t little fluff balls, are the last to be rescued or adopted.

These dogs all deserve happy lives and to not suffer out in the deadly heat.

Please do all you can in La Villa, Texas to assist Cris in her efforts!
