Losing a pet is never easy, and we know that saying goodbye can be one of the hardest moments for any pet parent. To help make the process a little clearer, we've put together some common questions about pet cremation.

🔸️What is pet cremation?
Pet cremation is the process of reducing a pet's body to ashes through heat. This is a respectful way to honor your pet and preserve their memory.

🔸️What are the types of cremation services available?

Private Cremation - Your pet is cremated alone, and you receive their ashes back.

Communal Cremation - Your pet is cremated with other animals, and the ashes are not returned.

Ashes from Communal cremations from Forever Above are respectfully scattered along a tree-lined creek on a picturesque llama farm just north of town.

🔸️What do I receive after a private cremation?
You will receive your pet's ashes in an urn of your choice. Each memorial package also includes paw prints and a lock of fur.

🔸️How do I decide which cremation option is right for me?
Consider what feels most meaningful to you and your family. If keeping your pet's ashes is important, private cremation is the best choice.

🔸️How long does the cremation process take?
The process usually takes 3 business days, depending on the options you choose.

Halloween can be a fun time for us, but it can be spooky for our furry friends. Here are a few tips to keep your pets safe and happy this season:

Keep Treats Out of Reach: Chocolate and other candy, especially those with xylitol, can be harmful or even deadly to pets. Stick to pet-friendly treats!

Costumes: Comfort First! If your pet is wearing a costume, make sure it's comfortable, doesn't restrict movement or breathing, and is free of any small parts they could chew on.

ID Tag Check: With the extra visitors and open doors, there’s a higher chance of pets slipping outside. Ensure their ID tags and microchips are up-to-date.

Decorate Safely: Be cautious of decorations that could harm curious pets. Lit candles, fake cobwebs, and small decorations can be tempting and dangerous.
