The "Mandela Effect" seems to hit Red Hatters really hard. They have erased bump stock bans and pushes for v mandates and full on support of The Dog Killer. It seems that The Cheeto in Chief never said he would "make Mexico pay for the wall", nor promised that "crooked Hillary will be in jail".
I tip my hat to the completeness of the con perpetrated by Orange Jesus. He is in a league of his own...when it comes to bunko.

What a way to start our anniversary. Woke up next to my love, Charlene Clark, then spent 90 minutes pushing iron together. Now for a bite at Frozen Joes (I do have a couples massage scheduled for us next week).

Our babies are not this big yet, but they're getting there! Come up and get yours before they're all gone!!! We'll have these -cherry sunflowers, plus several varieties of dwarf sunflowers and some Celebrity tomatoes, set up this afternoon from 3:30-6 at Tatnall Square park.
No microgreens for this week's market...but we've got plenty of Magick...and strawberry plants.

I have a plan to keep the rabbits out of my strawberries...grow them in towers. Plus, I make a batch of tepache and dry some rosemary from the garden.
Due to the rain and (especially) the wind, there will be no NHFC Market today. Come see me Saturday and Sunday at Triangle Arts Market 11am - 5pm, 206 Lower Elm St., Macon.

Come see us today at NH Food Co-op, 3:30-6pm Tattnall Park, Macon. We have beet, radish mix, and buckwheat microgreens...plus live plants. We've got plenty of thyme and strawberry plants in decorative pots from Prachi Henna Arts. And, as always, there's plenty of Magick!!!

Here's one of my favorite buckwheat recipes:
Buckwheat Crepes
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 cup oat flour or almond flour
1 tablespoon ground wheat brand
1 tablespoon ground flax
1/2 cup buckwheat microgreens
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
Directions
Prep the night before. Combine and blend all ingredients until all of the liquid is absorbed. Cover and refrigerate until morning.
Add a bit of olive oil to a pan on medium-high heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan, swirling the pan to fill it with the batter.
Cook until the batter begins to bubble and the edges begin to brown.
Shake the pan to loosen the crepes and turn them. Cook for 10 seconds on the second side.
We suggest topping the Buckwheat Crepes with some delicious, pasture fed bacon from your Buckwheat Farms Pig Share. Grate some fresh, locally sourced cheese over the top (I like to add a few of Charlene’s pickled jalapenos).

My Raptors are finally starting to lay, again....
From wild amaranth (pigweed), to thistle and dandelion...the ability of nature to voluntarily supply ALL that we need constantly amazes me. This morning, I discovered Oriental false hawksbeard growing. This plant is edible..AND contains antiviral compounds. If you want to uncover how we went from a naturopathic way of treating illness and disease to having pills and shots foisted upon us, research the founding of the AMA (hint: it wasn't to make the practice of medicine safer or more effective.
