Did you know pets often hide their pain? Subtle changes—like less play, slower walks, or altered eating habits—can be signs they’re hurting. 💙

Addison’s disease may sound overwhelming, but with the right care, pets can thrive. This condition affects the adrenal glands, which play an important role in regulating stress hormones and electrolytes. With daily medication, routine bloodwork, and regular checkups, most dogs and cats with Addison’s disease can enjoy happy, active lives.

If your pet has been diagnosed, stay consistent with their treatment plan and keep an eye out for changes in energy, appetite, or behavior—catching issues early helps prevent complications.

🐾👩‍⚕️ As a responsible pet owner, it's important to know the benefits of spaying your female pet.

🚫 Spaying eliminates the risk of ovarian or uterine cancer and uterine infections. In addition, it decreases the risk of mammary cancer, especially if done before their first heat cycle.

We embarked on a mission to provide vital services -spaying, neutering, vaccinating, and wellness checks- for the pets of the unhoused community.
