Hello

Been sitting here wrestling on how to write this post...so I am going to keep this short.

Back in September when we decide to relaunch 4 Dog Kitchen we were flooded with excitement which thrilled us & gave us huge momentum. Sadly the excitement did not equate to sales.

The first of the year George & I started to crunch numbers and we quickly realized that what we had hoped would have been an amazing come back was not reality. We have looked into many other options including returning to the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market and have come to the conclusion that those options are not looking favorable.

Thank you to the customers that have been there supporting & cheering us on. That has meant more to us then you could imagine.

I will be posting one last final Meet & Fetch for early February with any remaining treats & chews.

We have made the decision to CANCEL the scheduled Meet & Fetch for this Saturday (20th) due to the weather forecast.

Happy 2024! Thank you for your support, excitement & loyalty for our Fall 2023 come back . For you are the DIRECT REASON for our success, as we are truly humbled & honored. We have had the pleasure of reconnecting with past customers and meeting new pet parents ❤️🐶🐈‍⬛.

Our winter Meet & Fetch days will start January 20th. We will be ACROSS the street from the farmers market with the Shrimp Connection. We will be posting the current menu prior to each Meet & Fetch. Orders will need to be placed by the TUESDAY prior to the Meet & Fetch.

Our current plan is to be back at the Piedmont Triad Farmer's market along with other locations starting end of March...we will keep you posted!

2024 will see changes with 4 Dog Kitchen. Our focus is slightly shifting to bone broth, Barking Blu stews and updating our treat & chew menu. We are planning on reintroducing the Bow Wow box monthly subscription later this month.

The puppies were snuggled and tucked in their beds,

The house has been buzzing with holiday boxes and Elf Delight candy canes. I can finally say we are almost ready for tomorrow's Meet & Fetch. We are doing the last of the finishing touches on the Santa Sampler boxes and checking our lists and checking them twice. There will be some very happy doggies & kitties on Christmas morning 🎅🐶🐈‍⬛!

We will be meeting everyone tomorrow (23rd) 11:00-1:00 ACROSS the street from the farmer's market. Remember Cash is King!

The raw trachea is sourced from small NC farms. We cut & trim the trachea and then slowly dehydrate them into a slobbery kiss worthy chew. Making this single-ingredient chew a much healthier alternative to over-processed commercial pet treats.

Starting a slow cooker filled with chicken feet to make broth & Mousse. This a ZERO waste broth!

After slowly simmering for 24 hours the chicken feet will be blended down to a fine paste. When allowed to set, the natural gelatin from the rendered bones will set up like a yummy mousse.

Frozen into cubes these icy little food topper nibbles are a wonderful addition to your doggies dinner bowl.

I will post photos of the finished chicken foot "mousse bon bons"❤️🐶

**Note: These are a high fat mousse treat and should be given to dogs with a commonsense approach. These treats are considered an occasional extra yummy nibble.

Good morning! Just a few updates & reminders for the remainder of 2023. Orders for Meet & Fetch this Saturday are closed. We might have a few extra treats available for Saturday we won't know until everything is out of the dehydrators and orders are organized. We do have a few extra Barking Blu stew pints available. This batch is made with our Fireside bone broth with chunks of yummy chicken & duck. Maybe this should be called Quacking Blu Stew 🤣! I just updated the availability of the holiday boxes ~ we are almost sold out 🎅🐶. Final orders need to be placed by December 10th with a pick up date of December 23rd. We will be offering Fetch & Go treats for December 23rd. Smaller packs of our brittle, liver snaps, beef sticks & sweet potato chips. Perfect size for stocking stuffers 🎄🎅🐕. The final 2023 batch of bully sticks are finishing up in the dehydrators. As soon as all pre-orders are organized I will post the available bully sticks. We have some really nice medium & large sticks. They make a great stocking stuffers. 4 Dog Kitchen will be closed starting December 24th and re-opening on January 4th.
