Recently, someone asked about what inspired me to become an equine bodyworker. The main reason was that incorporating regular massages and chiropractic treatments had a significant impact on my overall well-being. And then, after six years of owning my horse, I decided to have him adjusted by an equine chiropractor for the first time. Interestingly, his adjustments were the exact opposite to mine. It turned out that my horse had been compensating for my misalignment all those years. So I always recommend riders to consider getting their own bodywork. Also ensure that you are not burdening your horse with your emotions. Your horse will appreciate it!

About Topline Equine

My name is Cristen Cornell. I received my Equine Massage Therapist Certification in March 2019 from Therasage EMC. I have a life long passion for animal care and over 20 years of equine experience. My goal is to provide your equine partner or companion with an exceptional massage tailored to their individual needs. I include trigger point therapy in all of my massages and offer many additional services to truly provide the most relief and improvement possible. EVERY horse can benefit from a great massage!

Benefits of Equine Massage Therapy:

  • Improves athletic performance. Helps prepare and recover from training and competition with less risk of injury.

  • Alleviates pain, tension, and discomfort by increasing blood flow and oxygen circulation, and increases range of motion in joints
