Well said. I hate people that troll animal welfare pages just to mock. They enjoy being hurtful, what’s wrong with those people I’ll never know. If you’d like to donate to this little ones surgery, please contact them on their page.
UPDATE
We went to the vet today. He has a break in his leg in the growth plate. Unfortunately, he will need surgery. This is going to be quite costly. It will likely be around $2500. This is an expense that will be difficult for our sanctuary to cover. We will need to raise these funds. If you can donate towards his surgery, please make a donation as soon as possible and make a text note that it is for surgery. www.hopeserenity.org/donate
Thank you!
This sweet boy was found on the side of the road after jumping from a truck heading to a slaughterhouse. He will have the chance to grow, be loved and respected, and have lots of snuggles.
The word SANCTUARY means “a safe place,” “a place of refuge and protection.”
Hope & Serenity Farm Sanctuary is just that…a place for animals to come and live their lives in the best environment possible.
We often share information about taking better care of animals, not eating meat, or becoming vegan. It is our mission to educate our visitors and friends about the animals we love. Education, we feel, is necessary.
What is not necessary are negative comments or comments about eating animals. In fact, it’s quite hurtful; not just to our volunteers and sponsors, but to those who have continuously supported us.
We can’t stop the ignorant people who enjoy making these comments, but they will be blocked and unable to view our page.
We’ve learned, probably from our parents, that if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Heed that, friends, and move on if you feel like you have to say something negative.
In the meantime, we can’t wait to introduce you to this perfect baby boy. He’s a fighter. And he’s perfect in every way.
