BHA assists the people and animals of Carbon/Stillwater Counties, MT, by helping companion animals in need, promoting responsible animal care through education, providing solutions to dog and cat overpopulation, and serving as an animal welfare resource. BHA has helped to reunite hundreds of lost pets with their families, taught many local schoolchildren lessons of kindness and compassion, and helped to spay and neuter thousands of animals.

We think this just might be THE BEST Santa photo session we've ever had! From eight wiggly pugs to a mini mule, we had a blast. Special thanks to Dani and her crew at Lewis and Bark's Outpost for hosting the event, Photographer Merv Coleman who always up for a challenge, and Jim and Carolyn Pidgeon, our Santa and Mrs. Claus. And, it's a fundraiser for BHA, so thank you to everyone who brought in their pets for photos. Happy holidays from all of us at BHA!

MEET WH**EY:
Wh**ey is a lively and playful pup with a love for running, exploring, and having fun. She currently lives on a spacious property where she enjoys playing with her dog friends and running to her heart’s content. Energetic and happy, Wh**ey is a free-spirited pup who would do wonderfully on a farm where she can roam and discover new things. At night, she settles down indoors and is completely house-trained. He's been around both cats and dogs and gets along with them just fine. He’s not shy about broadcasting his feelings and is fully litter box trained.
