If you would like to see us ride during parade of breeds we will be in the Equine Arena every day except for Saturday. Equine Arena is at the top of the stairs to the right. Large Arena is up the stairs and to the left.

❄️ Day 934658 of winter ❄️
3 hay trips this week, that’s my new record.

The horses have been fine! If anything they’re enjoying their vacation. However I’m hoping that soon I won’t have to break ice out of water buckets more than once per day.

We still have snow in the ground but if the temperatures come up a bit we will be holding lessons next week! I will reach out to everyone to confirm the day before your scheduled lesson

Groundwork lessons are in session. Winter is looking like it won’t be kind to our riding schedule. We will be holding daytime groundwork lessons while the temps are low. And will resume evening lessons once we get some warmer weather.
From taming mustangs to afternoon snuggles we cover it all ❤️

This block pool will be $25 per block. You must Venmo me directly as this is a hosted event. My Venmo is -Papada. (Contact me for other payment arrangements) Once you Venmo please reach out to me with which block you would like! The block you choose will be the same for all 3 games, but different numbers will be drawn for each game.

Snow day! ❄️

Lessons for this week will be based off of the amount of snow we receive and the temperatures. As of right now it is looking like no riding or evening lessons. Daytime lessons while the sun is shining doing groundwork only due to extreme cold. If we get a lot of snow we may not be able to hold groundwork lessons.
I will be in touch as the weather decides what it wants to do!

Nova is a 2010 grade mare who stands 14.3 hands.
She has been a part of our lesson program for a year and a half now. Nova has successfully been shown both classical(up to training level) and western dressage(up to basic level) this year. Placing in the top 10 for the youth introductory division for WDAA’s International challenge.
She is enrolled in the WDAA’s horse lifetime program and has earned points throughout the 2024 show season.

She is quite on the trails and prefers to take her time in the back of the group. She will take a small cross rail but we do not consistently jump here.

She takes care of her riders and is ridden by all ages. Her only fault is that she prefers to not be hugged or loved on but is safe to handle on the ground by all.

Would prefer on site lease but will let her go to a one person home, she will not go to another lesson program

Missing Layla but the group naps are so cute

The chilly morning group naps are one of my favorite parts of winter. Our herd has changed a lot over the years but this corner is always the hang out spot. The morning sun feels so nice 🌞

Get ready for my yearly reminder that it’s COLD!🥶

Please please please dress warmly. Layer both on top and bottom, leggings under sweatpants or jeans makes a huge difference!
Gloves made for riding or with grips on the palm side so that reins don’t easily slide through your hands.

Lessons will carry on as scheduled and will only be canceled or moved if the temperatures don’t get above freezing or we get rain/snow.
