Putting together a go-bag for yourself and your loved ones is one step you can take to be prepared for anything! Start with the basics: People and Pets, Prescriptions, Papers (important documents), Personal Items, and Priceless Items. Add any items you or your loved ones may need if you had to evacuate your home! To learn more about what you should put in a go-bag, visit www.YavapaiReady.gov/kit.

Ready, Set, Go! is a program used by all 15 Arizona Sheriffs to help you stay safe during emergencies. It focuses on three simple steps:

1. READY: Prepare ahead of time by understanding risks in your community and making an emergency plan. We are always on READY.
2. SET: Stay alert when there’s a significant danger and be ready to act.
3. GO: When it’s time to evacuate, don’t wait—leave immediately to stay safe.
