The 4th is quickly approaching. Please make sure you have plans in place for your pets! Fireworks can be scary and cause pets to run away.

Someone passed this onto us and we thought it was a great idea to share.
With the 4th of July right around the corner we tend to get several calls about dogs getting out, and owners frantically trying to find them. We ask that you make sure your dogs have their collars on, updated contact information on their licenses, or do something similar to the picture below !

We love our community fur babies and want to make sure they are safe! 🐾💕

One of my sweetest little buddies passed away unexpectedly. Unfortunately he ingested something and needed a surgery he was too weak to survive. He was way to young to cross the rainbow bridge. I sure will miss my little friend walking me to my car to help unload. Rest in paradise Arlo ♥️🐾

Just a friendly reminder - during a solar eclipse, it's a good idea to keep your furry friends indoors. The sun's rays can be harmful to their eyes, and the sudden change in light might spook them. Many pets react to eclipses just like they do to fireworks or thunderstorms.

Hey guys, did you know we are expected an upwards of 2 million tourists traveling to our state the weekend of the 8th for the solar eclipse? I’m trying to decide if traffic will really be as bad as expected? If I don’t decide to take that weekend off, please expect it to take me longer to travel between appointments. I still haven’t decided if I should take it off, or if maybe it won’t be that bad 😬

With the Eclipse on April 8th approaching rapidly, here are some tips for our local residents.

1. Schedule your errands and appointments for the week before.

2. Have a communication plan with family/friends. (Text instead of calling if at all possible.)

3. Have cash on hand in case of limited internet access.

4. Buy necessary groceries and gas before visitors arrive in our community.

Remember - Traffic will be very heavy and lines for local services such as restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores may be longer than usual.

Feel free to pass the word along to everyone that doesn't use social media.
