I'm kicking myself, the only time NoMoreTicks Spray does not work properly is when you forget to spray it on. I went out in the yard for not even a hour and found this Tick on me. I didn't use our spray, pretty wild proof our spray works if used correctly.

Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew:
Ingredients:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup green beans, trimmed and chopped
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Salmon and Quinoa Delight:
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup canned salmon, drained

In a bowl, combine the mashed banana and peanut butter.
Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
