If you've been searching for an app to manatand collect your pets medical and overall health history. I'd fully recommend the Zoetis "The Pack" app.
It's the best app I have found to manage vet records, vaccines, birthdays, and microchip numbers etc. It also has a daily activity entry option for observations, grooming and various health activities.
I'm not a paid sponsor, just really happy with the app and their customer service of changing the microchip numbers field to allow alphabetic characters instead of only numerical right away when I reached out.
