Hello Project HEAL Family and Friends!
The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine Project HEALs Annual Dog Wash Fundraiser is having our First Wash of the 2024 semester!!

The date of the fourth wash is March 24th, 2024. Located in front of the Veterinary Academic Building at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. The event will start at 9:30 am and will continue until 1:00 pm.

*Parking on campus is lifted on weekends*
Why do we do this? Project HEAL!!!
To those that need a refresher to what we are all about or if you have just joined our family,
Our dog wash is run solely by vet students, first year through fourth year, that attend The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Project HEAL is a student and faculty-based organization, in other words a club, within the vet school curriculum! The students that are a part of this amazing cause rely on fundraising to help fund our annual summer trip to Quito, Ecuador. 100% of the money raised through our sales fund our ability to perform wellness exams, vaccines, wound treatment, primary care, and several types of surgical procedures for free in the local communities! Last year, due to the amazing contributions we received from the community, we were able to treat over 600 animals, from basic health screenings to surgeries, across multiple different species!! HOW INCREDIBLE!

Like in previous years, we will be accepting appointment time requests for washes on a first-come, first-serve basis. The link below can be filled out to book your slot!

*Due to a limited number of volunteers, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so that we can best accommodate you*
*Scheduling a walk-in time does NOT guarantee that your dog will be washed at that time, it is solely ensuring that when you arrive, you will be a priority. With this being said, if you arrive with your dogs (without an appointment) and there is a wash booked at that time, you may have to wait slightly longer to be seen*
