As we have always said, anything done prior to the age of two is traditionally simply at the convenience of the owner. We recommend allowing physical maturity. This isn't always the case due anomalies however, again we recommend 2 years of age before the procedure is done.

New research has redefined the best age to spay/neuter popular dog breeds. Delaying the procedure can prevent joint disorders and certain cancers.

Hope everybody is having a meaningful weekend. We have a handful of phone calls to make trying to reach back to some individuals. However, we are a little behind. Just had a treatment friday morning, and it has me a bit tuckered out. I didn't want to call half-heartedly due to lack of energy.

Without the threat of loss, love simply wouldn't hold it's weight......

It is with the heaviest of hearts to report that MWR lost an extended family member this past weekend to Cancer. Their names withheld yet a family we have spoken to many times with updates. We always enjoyed the stories of life and their MWR fur babies. All though they lost their Rottie Ma and wife in this reality, they have an amazing Rottie Pa in Steve. Mama was a fighter and had been taking it on head on yet the universe knows our time and future plans better than we do. It's easy to want to be selfish and to continue that time with one another, but a lot of times to the unsung heroes, there's pains and ailments that we don't see on the surface.

We are here for you in any capacity we can. Just let us know how we can support you in this time Steve. Allow your two fur babies Jax and Tyson, to help you through this time.

Life is precious, my friends. Whether it be cancer or something else, we never know when, where, and how. Let go of the pettiness, pride, and distractions. Reach out to somebody that you love today and make sure they know that.
