It’s official! I have ONE spot open for rehab. After years away to focus on hoof care and family, I have decided to open my doors back to Equine Rehab! Located in Jonesville, NC. Just 8 weeks between these 😍 while he is currently barefoot, he would do much better in composites BUT his feet are too flared. Even easy cares largest versa grip size is too small 😅 I have hopes that next time he will have more proportionate feet and can continue his rehab in shoes

Please let this reach all of my followers. Please share as NC & TN are in DESPERATE need of help. While my specific area is safe, many others close by are not. We are in shambles and are asking for your help to recover those still stranded (animals and humans), deliver supplies to those who have access to nothing and help bring a little bit of peace back to our communities. This is a hard time for all. Many still have not heard from loved ones. Roads have been washed away with no way in or out and some places are still under water. If you can donate, please do. When the farrier FINALLY gets time to focus on her own horses. Big shoutout to Hali for driving down and keeping my son occupied so I could do this 🤍 Oliver is much happier now that he’s in shoes. His fronts always struggled a little bit but since having a baby, my horses got put the furthest on the list of importance 😭 the gravel walks are no longer an issue and he’s back to running to his fresh hay outside ❤️

Here’s the left front of the horse from yesterday! Per her owner, she bolted out of the barn to the pasture completely feeling herself in her fancy feet 🤩 I did these shoes about 2 weeks into her 5 week cycle. We attempted barefoot after a round of casts and she was not ready for it. We will try again at some point but for right now, she very much appreciated the versas!
