Life Threatening flash flooding occurring east of the region in CT, where nearly 12-14” of rainfall has occurred from slow moving tropical downpours. Many reports of rescues taking place with impacts along both I84 and I95 in CT.

Heavy slow moving downpours and imbedded storms are now moving into our region, please remain vigilant as flash flooding is probable. Please attempt to avoid travel and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.
